Mr. Tan Teck Lin Desmond

Chief Operating Officer, EMS

Mr. Tan Teck Lin Desmond is mainly responsible for our Group’s Operations.  Mr. Tan has over 26 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, covering both wafer fabrication and equipment manufacturing.   Mr. Tan obtained a degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Microelectronics) from the National University of Singapore in July 1998.

Mr. Cham Toon How

Vice President of ODM Division

Mr. Cham Toon How is mainly responsible for determining the strategic direction and carrying out the strategic plan through overseeing operations for ODM division. Mr. Cham has over 41 years of experience in precision, semiconductor and automation industry. Mr. Cham obtained a degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from The University of Singapore (now known as National University of Singapore) in 1978.

Lim Boon Kuan, 林文光

Vice President of Sales

Mr. Lim Boon Kuan , age 60, is the Vice President of Sales of our Group, responsible for Corporate Sales Management. Mr. Lim joined the Group in February 2025.
Mr. Lim has over 34 ears of experience in Semiconductor industr served in both the backend assembl & est and frontend wafer fab environment. He held entineerine and operational rote in Simons Combonent and National Semiconductor between 1990-1996 and took on various leaders hia position in sales and field service oneration at Lam Research Novellus. ASMI and SPTS between 1996 to 2024, with last 15 ears bein& Caneral Manaker for ASMl and SPTS in Southeast Asia reion
Mr Lim obtained a degree in EEE from NUS in 1990 and MBA from University of South Australia in 2005

Mr. Ng Chee Keong William

Senior Director of Business Development

Mr. Ng Chee Keong William is mainly responsible for our Group’s strategic account business development.  Mr. Ng has over 28 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.  He started his career as a Field Service engineer then moved to Technical Support Manager, Senior Customer Support Manager, Senior Program Lead Manager and Senior Business Unit Manager in leading semiconductor companies.  Mr. Ng obtained a degree of Master of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide Australia in March 2004 and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) in February 2013.

Mr. Kek Yoke Kiang Terence

Director of Human Resources and Operations Excellence

Mr. Kek Yoke Kiang Terence is mainly responsible for our Group’s Human Resources and Operations Excellence.  Mr Kek has over 26 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, semiconductor equipment and solar manufacturing industries, and held leadership positions in process integration, process engineering, product integration, quality and change management roles. Further, Mr Kek has 4 years of active community involvement in social services organizations and non-profit organizations.  Mr Kek obtained a degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Microelectronics) from the National University of Singapore in July 1997.
