Mr. Lim Boon Kuan, age 60, is the Vice President of Sales of our Group, responsible for Corporate Sales Management. Mr. Lim joined the Group in February 2025.
Mr. Lim has over 34 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, having served in both the backend assembly & test and frontend wafer fab environments. He held engineering and operational roles in Siemens Components and National Semiconductor between 1990 and 1996, and took on various leadership positions in sales and field service operations at Lam Research, Novellus, ASMI, and SPTS between 1996 and 2024, with the last 15 years being General Manager for ASMI and SPTS in the Southeast Asia region.
Mr. Lim obtained a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from NUS in 1990 and an MBA from the University of South Australia in 2005.

Mr. Kek Yoke Kiang Terence is mainly responsible for our Group’s Human Resources and Operations Excellence. Mr Kek has over 26 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, semiconductor equipment and solar manufacturing industries, and held leadership positions in process integration, process engineering, product integration, quality and change management roles. Further, Mr Kek has 4 years of active community involvement in social services organizations and non-profit organizations. Mr Kek obtained a degree of Bachelor of Engineering (Microelectronics) from the National University of Singapore in July 1997.
